The New Mexico Association for Spiritual, Ethical and Religious Values in Counseling (NMASERVIC)

American Counseling Association (ACA).
The Isolated Hardship Service Ribbon was awarded to Jocelyn by the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) February 3, 1983.
Jocelyn was recognized for her work as a nurse officer in the Indian Health Service at Zuni Pueblo, in western New Mexico.
